Refund Policy

You are not charged during the 7-day free trial. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, the plan you chose starts and your payment method is charged the price shown at checkout.

If you were charged and want a refund, ask within 14 days of that charge. This applies to your first charge and to every renewal, monthly or annual, and we will refund the full amount.

After that window, we do not refund the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges and keep access until the period ends. If you believe we made a mistake, or the law gives you a right to a refund, contact us and we will look at it.

Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Asking for a refund ends your access to the refunded period. You can do both.

• Use the cancel or manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt email, or
• email us at karanmodi43@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the reason if you wish. We reply within 2 business days.

Our payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which issues the refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within a few business days, and your bank may take longer. If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank so we can fix it quickly.

If you find an error in a question or solution, report it. We will review and correct it, check related questions, and tell you what changed.

We do not guarantee exam results. Outcomes depend on your preparation, your background and the exam itself. Our refund policy above applies whatever the outcome of your exam.
